When I split the files they are named track#1, Track#2, etc. Is there a setting to keep the original track names?

If you don't specify a CUE file with the correct timings and file name, the software will split it based on timing only while generating Track1, Track2, etc., automatically. You need a proper CUE file to be able to export using correct file names.
