When I split the files they are named track#1, Track#2, etc. Is there a setting to keep the original track names?

If you don't specify a CUE file with the correct timings and file name, the software will split it based on timing only while generating Track1, Track2, etc., automatically. You need a proper CUE file to be able to export using correct file names.

This is how a CUE file looks:

PERFORMER "Gareth Emery"
TITLE "Electric For Life 045 (2015-09-29) [Podcast]"
FILE "GarethEmery_ElectricForLife045.mp3" MP3
TRACK 01 AUDIO
PERFORMER "Electric For Life"
TITLE "Intro"
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 AUDIO
PERFORMER "AĆ©rotique & Parra For Cuva"
TITLE "Unique"
INDEX 01 00:26:26
TRACK 03 AUDIO
PERFORMER "Tristam"
TITLE "Crave"
INDEX 01 03:09:27
